Cheshire Medical Center has high school summer internships for juniors and seniors—application deadline Tuesday, March 15, through the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Workforce Readiness Institute.

If you are a high school student interested in a healthcare career, but aren’t sure where to get started or what you want to be, this 7 week internship will allow you to experience many different career pathways.

This internship program provides a professional development curriculum to help you develop the critical competencies of communication, teamwork, problem-solving, self-development, empathy, work ethic, and initiative. Growing and developing these important skills will help you stand out as a meaningful contributor wherever your future career takes you. 

As part of a cohort, you will participate in a series of workshops for personal and professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
