The Jaffrey Police Department is looking for a crossing guard to join our team.  The crossing guard is responsible for keeping our students at Conant High School/The Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School and the Jaffrey Grade School safe as they arrive and depart each day.  Morning hours are from 7:00am to 7:30am at Conant/JRMS and 8:00am to 8:30am at JGS.  The afternoon hours are from 2:00pm to 2:30pm at Conant/JGS and 2:50pm to 3:20pm at JGS.  The schedule is shared amongst two to three crossing guards and pays $80.00 per each day worked.   

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age.

Must pass a routine background check.

Must be able to stand/walk in the intersection and control traffic as trained by a Jaffrey Police Officer.

Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
