Drive-through COVID-19 booster clinic at Cheshire on Tuesday, May 24, 6:00 to 8:00 pm—by appointment only.

Established patients and employees can schedule an appointment for this clinic by calling their Primary Care team.

The second booster is available for patients 50 years and older and eligible immunocompromised patients 12 years and older. Both Pfizer and Moderna will be available. The initial vaccine series will not be available during this clinic. More detailed information about booster shots and recommended schedules can be found on the CDC website here.

To access the clinic, patients should exit the traffic circle at 580 Court Street and follow the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic signs. 

Please follow these reminders:

• Arrive at your designated appointment time.

• This is a drive-through clinic, and you will remain in your vehicle for the vaccination.

• Wear clothing that can be easily removed to administer the vaccine in your upper arm. 

• Expect visits to last half an hour, including a 15-minute observational period.

• Bring your vaccination card or consult New Hampshire DHHS Vaccine FAQ if you lost your card.
