Electric Earth Concerts is delighted to present RELIC, on Sunday, November 20 at 4 pm at the Park Theatre in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. RELIC is a small chamber orchestra with the goal of producing textured, theatrical performances for an all-engaging experience. The players are inspired to usher baroque music in a fresh, spirited direction. Their aim is to create thoughtful performances at the highest level; share the joy of their art; and educate people about the rich, ornamental wonders of their first love, historical performance. EEC’s final performance of the season will be on the Park Theatre’s generous stage in a concert of baroque concerti and other masterworks by the greatest composers of their age, performed by the young virtuosi of RELIC, an ensemble specializing in performance on period instruments. The concert will include performances by Alessandro Scarlatti, Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, George Friederic Handel, and Arcangelo Corelli.
