Kickstart the New Year with refreshing and nourishing homemade meals. Join Lili Hanft, FNTP for this virtual cooking class and learn how to make healthy breakfast muffins sweetened with fruit, a creamy dairy-free dressing to brighten up your lunch salads, and coconut curry fish soup that makes a light but warming winter dinner. All recipes are free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. Before the workshop, registrants will receive a handout with an ingredients list and recipes. You can make the recipes along with the presenter or just choose to watch.
