NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Board of Selectmen

North Swanzey Water & Fire Precinct Boundaries

Pursuant to RSA 52:5, the Selectmen of Swanzey will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Whitcomb Hall 17 Main Street to accept public testimony regarding changing the boundaries of the North Swanzey Water & Fire Precinct. Notice of this hearing and opportunity to testify before the Selectmen of Swanzey is hereby provided to parties interested.

This hearing is being called because of a petition submitted to Selectmen requesting the boundaries of the precinct be redrawn to include the following lots identified in Town Records: Tax Map 20 Lot 1 290 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 2 294 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 36 Lot 1 297 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 4 302 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 5 306 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 6 314 Old Homestead Highway Tax Map 20 Lot 7 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 8 322 Old Homestead HighwayTax Map 20 Lot 9 326 Old Homestead Highway Tax Map 36 Lot 1-2 Old Homestead Highway Tax Map 35 Lot 3 321Old Homestead Highway

This petition and a map illustrating the properties proposed for inclusion in the precinct may be viewed at www.swanzeynh.gov or at Town Hall during regular business hours.
