Cheshire County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on July 28.
Very excited to announced that the Cheshire County Sheriff’s Office has been accepted into the Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement (ABLE) Project™, Georgetown University Law Center’s national training and support initiative for U.S. law enforcement agencies committed to building a culture of peer intervention that prevents harm.
The Cheshire County Sheriff's Office joins the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council to commit to ABLE and implement bystandership programs.
