City of Keene Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 5.
On August 4, 2021, the Keene Police Department, Keene Fire Department and City of Keene Public Works Department Unions, as well as DiLuzio Ambulance Service and Davis Oil Company, Inc joined the Keene Parks and Recreation Summer Campers for a morning of fun!
The campers were able to explore numerous vehicles, operate vehicle air horns and sirens, as well as don Firefighter and Police Officers equipment and become pretend snow plow, ambulance, and oil delivery drivers.
The Magic of Jason Purdy Illusionist wowed us with amazing entertainment! The morning ended with a lunch provided by the unions and our business partners.
