Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 10.
Northeast Delta Dental announces the recent appointment of Erin Holt as Director, Marketing & Communications. A seasoned marketing professional, Holt brings over 15 years’ experience in creating and implementing complex multi-channel marketing and communication programs. At Northeast Delta Dental, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the company’s marketing and communications efforts.
“Northeast Delta Dental is regarded statewide as a philanthropic company that puts employees first while continuing to successfully grow its business,” explained Holt. “I look forward to helping them in their mission to improve access to and quality of oral healthcare throughout the tri-state region.”

Prior to joining Northeast Delta Dental, Holt served as Director at CCA For Social Good, a subsidiary of CCA Global Partners, committed to supporting the early childhood education sector across the United States in their mission to provide high-quality child care. At CCA For Social Good she led all marketing and communication efforts, supported technical product development and implementation and managed relationships with their 34 national partners. Holt is also an adjunct faculty member at Granite State College, where she has served on the undergraduate curriculum committee, developed new courses within the undergraduate communications department and instructs strategic communication, persuasive communication, and communication theory courses.
Former Director Kathleen Walker, a Northeast Delta Dental veteran of over 28 years will continue supporting the department with her invaluable insight and knowledge, focusing on special projects, philanthropic efforts and involvement with the Tri-State Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and the Social Justice Committee.
