Water and Wood

A joint exhibit by the Monadnock Woodturners and Water Works Artists will be held on October 22, 2022 at Whitcomb Hall, 17 Main St, West Swanzey NH. The show takes place from 1- 5 p.m. There will be demonstrations by both groups as well as sale of artworks. Water Works is a group of local watercolor artists. They are returning to Whitcomb Hall with the addition of three new artists. A memorial will be displayed for Susan Sielke. Judy Olson will play harp. The Monadnock Woodturners include some of the very best wood artists in the region, with creations ranging from burl and segmented bowls to vases, coat trees, rolling pins and craft items. There will be something for everyone at this festive event. Come meet the artists and learn more about what they do. With holidays coming up, it’s a great chance to buy one-of-a-kind artworks to give as gifts. For more information, www.facebook.com/MonadnockWoodturners, or call Lynne Keating at 603-876-4011.
