Marlborough, NH Police Department issued yhe following announcement on Aug. 6.
On August 5th, 2021 at approximately 7:50 AM, the Marlborough Police Department and members of the US Marshal's NH Joint Fugitive Task Force responded to the Coach and Four Motor Inn on NH Route 12 in Marlborough to attempt to locate a subject with an active felony warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The forty-one year old male was taken into custody without incident and with the full cooperation of the property management. He is being held pending his extradition on the charges of:
272/16 Lewdness, open and gross
265/23A Rape of a Child, Statutory, Aggravated
265/13B/A Indecent A&B on Child under 14
272/35A/A Unnatural Act with Child under 16
These charges were filed in connection with an incident which occurred in Northfield, MA.
