A Public Hearing will be held at the Jaffrey Town Office, 10 Goodnow Street, on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 6:00 PM by the Jaffrey Board of Selectmen to receive public input regarding establishment of a sewer special assessment district for the Stony Brook Village on Mountain Road in Jaffrey.
In accordance with RSA 52-A:5 (III), at the public hearing, the proposed improvement plan shall be presented in writing. The governing body shall obtain public comment regarding the plan and the effect that creation of the proposed special assessment will have on the property owners, tenants, and others within the district. Any proposed changes to the improvement plan shall be submitted in writing at the hearing.
Jaffrey residents are invited to attend and encouraged to participate in person.
Individuals having special needs covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Board of Selectmen’s Office at least five days prior to the public hearing.
